As an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and fitness consultant, Lisa is qualified to offer advice regarding the two components important for maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle:

optimal dietary intake to meet individual goals; and

regular exercise.

Lisa can tailor a program to meet your personal goals, taking into consideration your current physical condition and any limitations that may be an obstacle in maintaining regular exercise.

Sit down consultations are very effective, however Lisa is able to provide the option of exercising as part of the session.
